You must be 18 years or older to use the Site or Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Wander Health is available before and during your travels to any country that Wander Health provides services in. While you’re traveling from your home in the United States, coordination and assistance with services such as getting the right medical assistance, appointments, and finding information on the right medication are only a click away. 
Wander Health is an online platform that connects healthcare services to patients for non-emergency medical issues. The Site and Services is for commercial use. You may not use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Site or Services. Wander Health is not responsible for the outcome of any Services provided by the healthcare providers.
Please note that Wander Health coordination and assistance services are offered at a charge for the concierge services. Users are responsible for the costs charged by third-party service and medical providers. Additional restrictions do apply, please see below. 
In order to be eligible for the Wander Health benefit, you must pay through the Site. We cannot provide any services to the extent that payment for such services would expose Wander Health or our partners to any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union or the United States of America. 
Wander Health can provide you with a recommendation for available medical providers that most fit in the area of your travel. Such information will include the names, local addresses and local telephone numbers of the nearest medical service provider, including hospitals and clinics available in each country or location. The choice to seek medical care is ultimately a personal decision. Wander Health does not guarantee the quality or cover the costs of the medical service provided. The final selection of the provider, any risks, and the associated costs, shall be the sole responsibility of the Member. 
Wander Health does not cover or reimburse the cost of any medical care. Wander Health will not help coordinate the billing for medical care received.
Please Note: The above services may be limited or prevented by acts of God, war, civil commotion, labor disputes, unavailability of goods or services, or refusal of permission by local authorities.

In order to use certain features of the Site or Services, you may be required to register for a user account. When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

The Site and Services may allow you to upload, submit, or otherwise make available certain content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and audio (collectively, "Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the Content you make available through the Site or Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to make the Content available through the Site or Services and that the Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
By making any Content available through the Site or Services, you grant to Wander Health to share this in any manner such Content in all formats and distribution channels related to medical care and its operations now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and Wander Health's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

The Site and Services may allow you to provide reviews and ratings of healthcare services and providers. You agree to provide accurate and truthful reviews and ratings and to refrain from making any false or misleading statements. You may not use the review and rating feature to harass, defame, or intimidate any healthcare provider.

In the event that you do not show up or cancel any scheduled Medical Services with less than one (1) hour notice, you are responsible for paying a no show or cancellation fee to both Wander Health and Clinic. Wander Health can, however, waive the fee due to extenuating circumstances in its discretion, which includes, but is not limited to, serious medical issues, death of self or close friend or family member, or assault. Pursuant to Wander Health’s contract with you, you will be financially responsible for ten (10) percent of the total cost of the scheduled Medical Services in the event of a no show or cancellation of the Medical Services (where there is a posted fee). When and if received, Wander Health will receive half of this no show or cancellation fee, and the Clinic will receive the other half of this no show or cancellation fee.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Wander Health does not guarantee that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wander Health is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content made available via the Site or Services.
Wander Health does not provide any medical advice. We have partnered with third-party companies to provide you with medical assistance and advice. All medical advice and information will be handled by third-party companies. Wander Health is not liable for any medical advice or services provided. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wander Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or in connection with the use of Site and Services or any information or content provided through Wander Health.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wander Health and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Wander Health.
